Karen Celander came to Tallahassee over 30 years ago to attend Florida Stat e University and like so many of our residents fell in love with the place and stayed.

She quickly realized that this town had a very unique mix - a vibrant capitol city  with it's University campuses and professional offices blended with a southern styled way of dealing with people and business. All this is set against a back drop of easy rolling hills and lush landscapes. Tallahassee also has a country serenity with the added bonus of the famous Florida coast only being 30 minutes away .

She knew she was home! She made friends, married, and is raising two wonderful boys. Along the way she has worked as a travel agent on FSU's campus and at Morgan Stanley as a senior registered broker's assistant before becoming a real estate agent/broker with Armor Realty.

Karen now runs Celander Realty Group giving clients the benefit of her years of experience and intimate knowledge of Tallahassee. She loves where she lives and cares about the people she works with.
